eRxsure.com advise our customers to be cautious about the following situation if the customer has provided an incorrect address while ordering and fails to rectify the error in an address during a verification call from our customer sales representative, if the customer fails to receive the order when it arrives at the doorstep and customer fails to visit the nearest post office where the parcel is kept in case of unavailability.

We request with you wait for post-order for the utmost 30 business days for your order to arrive. If you do not receive your order in the above-mentioned duration of time, or if you have been notified that your order is being held up for any reason, or been notified the order was returned to eRxsure.com, you can process a refund by contacting our Customer Service Department and we will promptly take care of your request.

Note. Refunds may take up to 48 business hours

eRxsure.com guarantees your order if it does not arrive with 30 business days of shipping or is damaged during shipment. In these instances, eRxsure.com will reship your order or if we are unable to reship the order, we will issue a full refund. If your order was shipped in multiple packages and you only receive part of the order, erxsure.com will issue a credit for the full amount and then charge your credit card for the portion of the order that was received.

Please allow 30 business days after the order was shipped for your order to arrive. If after 30 days you have still not received your order, or if you have been notified that your order is being held up for any reason, or been notified the order was returned to eRxsure.com, please send a ticket from the Support Page of our website or request a refund by contacting our Customer Service Department and we will promptly take care of your request.

If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact within 45 days of receipt, and as part of our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, eRxsure.com will issue a free replacement or issue a refund per your request. eRxsure.com will not be able to honour any replacement or refund requests received after 45 days of order delivery.
